“PYSA WAS WHERE I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOCCER. I STARTED PLAYING WHEN I WAS 4, IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS AND SIMPLY ENJOY SOCCER. PLAYING CLUB WAS THE NEXT LEVEL FOR MY DEVELOPMENT. I HAD COACHES WITH A HIGHER EXPERIENCE IN THE GAME AND THE COMPETITION GOT MUCH TOUGHER. THIS IS WHERE I REALLY STARTED TO LEARN THE TACTICS OF THE GAME.”

WE DECIDED TO TRYOUT AT A LARGER CLUB WHICH HAD HIGHER LEVELS OF TRAVEL SOCCER AND MANY EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL COACHES TO TEACH AND PREPARE OUR GIRLS FOR THE NEXT LEVEL. WITH TRAVEL, OUR GIRLS LEARNED THE TECHNICAL SIDE OF THE GAME, HOW TO MANAGE TIME WITH ACADEMICS AND ATHLETICS, DISCIPLINE, WORK ETHIC, TEAMWORK, AND GAINED MANY FRIENDSHIPS. TRAVEL A HOOSIER FC HAS LEAD OUR GIRLS TO HAVING SUCCESS IN SOCCER WHICH HAS LEAD TO THEM EARNING SCHOLARSHIPS TO PLAY IN COLLEGE. “WHEN I WAS LITTLE, I REALLY LIKED PLAYING SOCCER AT PYSA, IT’S WHAT GOT ME INTERESTED IN PLAYING SOCCER. WHEN I DECIDED I WANTED TO PLAY IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE, I REALIZED I NEEDED TO BE PLAYING MORE COMPETITIVELY  SO I COULD GET BETTER. SWITCHING TO A CLUB TEAM HELPED ME GAIN THE SKILL AND COMPETITIVENESS I NEEDED TO SUCCESSFULLY PLAY AT A HIGHER LEVEL.”
